Tried em in my dunks and I couldn't really get em to fit right. By then I had cut them too small trying to fit em. I put a different brand in and fit np though so the sizing must be off or at least that was my experience .

My first review was that they are poor. I've changed my mind after wearing them in several pairs of hiking boots and shoes, over four years. These are the best gel insoles I've found. I have bony feet, so need cushioning that lasts. I was using neoprene insoles, but found that they compress and lose cushioning over too short of time. These gel insoles have retained their cushioning, showing no loss.Pros:• Durability. I hike hundreds of miles a year, with no loss of cushioning.• Price. Very low for a decent gel insole.• Thick Cushioning. (This could be a con as the thickness takes up room in the shoe). See thickness note.• They Stay Put. Cloth covering lets feet slide into shoe easily, while unfinished bottom clings to shoe.• Cut To Fit. Easily customized by using your existing insole as a template.• Simple. No strange variations in thickness, no bumps (except for minor ones that don't effect feel).Cons:• Thick. They may not fit into your shoes due to their thickness. But at the low cost, It's worth the gamble.• Arch Support. If this hits your foot right, it's fine. If not, it might not feel good. Luckily, they are (usually) large enough to be able to be trimmed in such a way as to position the arch support where your arch is—by standing on the insole, positioning the arch, and marking it before trimming.• No metatarsal support bump.Specs:• Thickness at toe, and all but arch area: 5-6 mm (they are uniform thickness except for the arch support).• Thickest part of arch support: ~10 mm (which tapers to 5-6 mm over 35 mm of width).

Imagine making the insole of a shoe out of jello and then putting a ziplock bag around it. That’s what it feels like they did with this.

Very comfortable. My only issue was the arch support. Took a bit of getting used to, but it's positive. I have bad arches so it gives me tremendous support. It is very well padded but not so squishy that your foot rocks around on the footbed. It is very true it's thick so be aware of that before purchase. You can also cut for length as well.

Easy to cut to fit your size, very comfy. Just be careful they are pretty thick.

Very nice quality! I received men's inner sole instead of women's, too large to cut to fit.

Returning this item due to the fact the size is off. Which is really a given fact. I'm a size 10 and I got the men's size 7-12 which obviously isn't exact at all and you can't really use them without extra material in your shoes.
