This is not made for a 5 year old, clunky, and would not recommend.

Great gift. My son enjoys making this police station, also he is using the parts to make his own models too. Meccano Junior parts are safe and easy to use. High quality plastic parts!

was very disappointed it was a Christmas present for my nephew he opened it the cars was already built and there was loads of parts missing think it was already used i didn't give any stars because it was shocking!!!!

Great as a starter kit to get the young ones interested.

Excellent product. A bit too difficult for my 5 year old grandson to build on his own, but the play value is brilliant.
