Works effectively even with 1 capsule b4 bed
I wasn’t expecting much. I am still working on my dream recall but I could instantly tell that this will be an effective tool. Not to rely on but for me to use sparingly when I want to experience great dreams as to avoid having tolerance built up. I didn’t sleep particular well the night before so when I did use it I was extremely surprised as going to bed sleep deprived I usually never remember my dreams. But I remembered my dreams and along with that 2 dream cycles I could remember 2 dreams solidly and recorded those in my dream journal. These dreams were quite real. Had sound I could hear, touch that felt pretty dang real. I had trouble manipulating the dream but that is not cus the pill. But the one I became lucid I got the hang of some basic things like willing myself to float slightly off ground then full on hovering tree level or so in the sky. Very peaceful. Got to see, hear, hold, and actually feel my cat I haven’t seen in a very long time so it was overall good experience and would highly recommend to use when you want to experiment with great dreams.

It was cool. I will also try to trigger an Out ...
I had a semi-lucid dream 24 hours after taking this pill (much to my surprise). I've been trying to get a lucid dream for months with no success. I took this pill and it put me in sleep paralysis and I fell asleep but still remained aware and watched everything unfolding in my dream. It was cool. I will also try to trigger an Out of Body Experience with this pill. I read books about lucid dreams and OOBE everyday so maybe that helps with the experience.4/5 stars because I think maybe this pill only works if you are serious about lucid dreaming or OOBE and have studied it for months or years. If you're a newbie and just wanna try it on a whim, the pills may NOT work for you.

Great product, works exactly as advertised but results vary based on how you use it.
As an avid "psychonaut", I was eager to give Lucidimine a try. I have found that it works quite wonderfully but it takes considerable experimentation to get right. I suspect the average person might pop a couple of these, have a bad night's rest and then throw away the bottle. That would be a shame. Here is what I have found works great for me.Optimal dose:What they don't tell you: if you take too much, you can't sleep. If you take too little, it has no effect. So you have to dial it in just right.I made the mistake of popping two of these on the first night. Despite what you may read on the Internet, that is a lot and is completely unnecessary. And it really sucks to stare at the ceiling for five hours straight with no hope of sleep.I am a 205lb male and I have found that 2/3 of a capsule gives ideal results. This means that I have to open the capsules, pour in a bit in water and save the remaining 1/3. On the third night, take the two remaining partially filled capsules.Optimal timing:Wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep. I found 2:30-3:30am works great. I have found that Lucidimine isn't that effective until after you get your base REM sleep in.Don't use these two nights in a row. I find that 2x a week is ideal. If you are too tired, you have to catch up on REM sleep before it will work so once every few days is about as fast as you can go.Other:It might work by itself, but it works even better with subconscious suggestion. Use affirmations and read a lot about lucid dreaming or OBEs, especially right before bed.I have found that getting up for about 20 minutes and then popping these seems to be ideal. I've tried qi gong and reading but these didn't seem to make much of a difference.Caffeine during the day doesn't seem to make much difference as long as its a small amount and not too late.Any alcohol whatsoever prevents these from working (at least for me).In summary, this is a great product. You may find it a simple curiousity or it can radically change your life. But that is completely up to you.

Zero effect on anything.
I have tried taking this multiple different ways and different doses. Before sleep, waking up in the middle of the night, etc. One pill, two pills, three pills, four pills. I slept no differently with or without Lucidimine. I do sleep with a CPAP to treat sleep apnea, so maybe breathing interferes with whatever effect would cause a lucid dream. I am also doing regular reality checks (and have been since January) and thought this product might be the extra edge I needed. It is not. I will not purchase again.

Worked at first, but stopped after a while
Maybe it's just my brain/metabolism. The first couple of times it definitely did something to my dreams where they were more intense and vivid (but only with two pills, one did nothing at all), and after that it stopped having effect. I didn't abuse it either, I just used it once a week for a few weeks.

Interesting stuff
It is effective as a minor memory aid, but I did not find it effective as a dream supplement. It will enhance dreams you were already going to remember, but it will not force you to start remembering dreams on its own. I am getting much better success and value using Huperzine A. However, I must say that making yourself dream AND remember it consistently is a complex process. Most likely, you will have to change diet, lifestyle, sleep habits, and a few other things in order to induce a stable dreaming routine. Galantamine has its place in a dream supplement routine, but it is not a magic bullet. If you want your supplement package to work well, I recommend adding L-Glutamine, Vitamins B5 and B6, and Ginkgo Biloba at a bare minimum. None of them are expensive and all of them have direct effects on dreaming, memory, etc.Overall, this is like many other nootropics - it does work, and has an obvious effect, but the expense of keeping this effect going is only worth it if you're one of the lucky ones who responds strongly to it.
