Can this system be reused after an install ?

Does not say if kit comes with high clips (20mm)? Spacers for stone. Or is regular for ceramic (10mm)

Does it matter what size grout line i'm using? for my purpose, i'll be using both 3/8 and 1/4 inch grout lines. is this ideal for this product?

Are there any instructions on how to set the tool, i understand the thickness of the tile, but still not quite clear. Thank you
