One softgel delivers 10,000 IU of vitamin A which according to the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Sciences is the upper limit one should take on a daily basis. I'm not an expert on vitamins but I wouldn't want to take more than one of these gelcaps per day. They are very small and easy to swallow and I like that they are derived from fish liver oil. I think this is a very good supplement but I suggest being careful and not taking too much until you know for sure how much is good amount.

I do not like the flip top cap. I prefer the screw on type. It is easier to select a single pill with the screw type.

High potency Vitamin A from fish oil. I really like these and have been taking them daily for over a month now. I am in my sixties now and I do worry about my eyes and getting cataracts.
