Morrison's Prepared Kit Mixes (Pack of 12 Pouches) (Bis-Kits (Biscuit Mix))

These are very good and texture is more like a real biscuit than the Bisquick brand but to make 6 good sized biscuits you have to use 2 packages. I just make them like drop biscuits, stir in the milk well and put into a greased muffin tin and they come out great. Easier than kneading, rolling and cutting.

I was one or the lucky ones to be able to get in on the one dozen packages of Morrison's Bis-kits deal offer. I was counting the days until my parcel arrived and fortunately for me and my family it arrived early and in perfect condition. I first found these biscuits over thirty five years ago and used them on a regular basis but after moving around so much I could no longer find them at the local supermarkets. One day while searching the web I decided to take a chance and low and behold there they were... at a great price too! Now I'm back in the bis- kits again...back in the bis- kits again! I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves biscuits and doesn't always have the time or ingredients on hand to make them from scratch. No one would ever know the difference! Enjoy!

My family has been using this for years and I search for it even after trying other items because it is the BEST!! My family loves the biscuits I can serve them from this package the best especially with sausage and gravy. They also love my light and fluffy pancakes or waffles made from this package. I've tried other mixes but none can match the light, fluffy flavor you get from these mixes.

Hubby had wanted this since it was used at a restaurant he once worked at. After receiving mix and attempting several bags, we determined they were stale. Recently we saw them at the supermarket for .33 cents a bag. We got a few just to see. These came out great!! So the expensive Amazon find was disappointing, yet the mix if fresh is wonderful!! Would not buy online, look at your local supermarket and buy.
