Q: Can this be mounted on an angle?

I’m not sure what you mean by angle. One of the 3 gates that I installed was in a hallway that had 1” molding on both sides of the floor. The top of the gate is 38”across , the bottom of the gate is 36” across. There is enough adjustment in the mounting bolts that this is not a problem. The gate is level and works well.

Q: Do they sell replacement hinges? The bottom part where the gate fits into to lock in place has cracked.

Mine cracked as well. Not sure how to get a replacement. This gate definitely isn’t suitable about children over 2

Q: How wide needs to be the the door frame to mount this gate?

24" per the manufacturer - although it would work I would think 25-26" would be a simpler fit.

Q: Can this open unward from rhe right-hand side?

Yes you can install it on either side
