does this give harder nails when finished then without using a light?

If you, use the proper nail gel polish it makes a difference. With out the proper gel it doesn’t make a difference.

I used white Gellish color with off brand binder base and coat .. worked well for me .. I’ve also use all off brand and worked just as well
