AMAZING product !!!! Great for recovery as well as muscle specific training.

Must have for any athlete for any regular person experiencing pain. I use the Compex for pain relief and for strength training as well. I had a complete ACL reconstruction, a torn meniscus and had a fractured Tib/Fib and get pain especially when I over work/train on my knee. It is an amazing product for pain relief and if you use it with Ice its even better. Best product for anyone who has had major reconstruction as I have had, and has continuing pain.

Expensive, frustrating, and unreliable I have used wired NMES units successfully for years and was really looking forward to finally getting “unchained” from the wires. Unfortunately, despite its premium price, the Compex Wireless USA 2.0 simply did not perform reliably enough for me to use. The electrode pads are expensive and somewhat difficult to maneuver and position, particularly because the modules have to be attached to the pads correctly. The locking mechanism that attaches the modules to the electrodes also seemed unreliable and could disconnect too easily. But the biggest problem was repeated loss of communication between the controller and the wireless modules. The unit would repeatedly report that the active modules had changed or lose contact with them altogether. I carefully repositioned the electrodes and modules, replaced the electrode pads with new ones, and fully charged everything, but the problem continued. It became extremely frustrating and made it virtually impossible to use the device consistently. Another major disappointment is the inability to create a custom stimulation program. My physical therapist has prescribed specific ramp-up, contraction, ramp-down, and treatment times. Despite the sophistication and cost of this unit, I could not simply program those parameters myself and instead had to choose among the manufacturer's preset programs. Finally, customer support was essentially nonexistent when I needed help troubleshooting these problems. I wanted very much to like this product. The concept of a high-quality wireless NMES system is exactly what I was looking for, and I was willing to pay a premium for it. Unfortunately, reliability is fundamental for a device like this, and this unit failed that test. I am returning it and going back to my much less expensive wired NMES unit. The wires may be inconvenient, but at least it works reliably. I cannot recommend the Compex Wireless USA 2.0.
