Did the trick.
The wire included with the camera is always so thin, also a mouse chewed through mine. I spliced it all back together and that worked for a bit but then started acting up. I wasn’t sure if it was the wire, camera or head unit. I replaced the wire since it was bad anyhow and this wire is twice as thick as all the included kits. After putting this in I replaced the camera also because it was 5 years old and had a little hazing in it, Eastern Washington is rough on things. I put a new camera in which came with new wire but was thin so I’m glad I used this wire instead, also it’s very long which is nice for routing. Would definitely recommend it.

Does the job for back up video camera
I bought these to use in my 2000 Ford Ranger. I put a double din radio in the stereo slot and then put a license plate frame back up camera in the back and I’m in trailer tow in heaven.

Fairly flicker/glitch free
Put a cheap Android stereo in a RAM Promaster and the camera that came with it was an upgrade to the factory cam. In case I ever wanted to reinstall the factory radio, left the factory cable alone. The cable supplied with the stereo was too short for the Promaster. This cable always gives a safely-usable image, and usually it is completely noise and flicker free. Every so often, I get a small bit of noise, which may have nothing to do with this cable and is never unsafe. This cable exceeded my expectations and even has a few extra feet tucked away even with the medium-size Promaster.
