I've been taking acid reflux medication(s) for years. Even after taking the meds I was still having reflux problems. My Dad recommended this. Being desperate I decided to give it a try. The taste is terrible! I take a small swig when I'm having reflux.... but IT WORKS!! It takes a about 3-4 minutes after I take it (I've timed it!). I'm no longer taking several medications for reflux. I still take a protonic in the mornings & take this when I get reflux at night or early mornings. I'm so glad my Dad introduced me to this! ... P.S. It helps not to taste it if you stop breathing through your nose after taking a swig. Rinse your mouth with mouthwash & by the time you're done, the taste is mostly gone.

When you suffer from reflux you’ve tried Tums, Rolaids, Maalox, pickle juice and the gamut of prescription proton pump inhibitors, which have side effects, the worst of which is magnesium deficiency. None of these so-called PPIs are meant for long term use but are given routinely for the long term. You know the drill..,no coffee, tea, spicy food, alcohol, chocolate and the list goes on. Recently I lost 13 pounds, and not by dieting, by reflux. I could hardly eat a thing that didn’t feel like it was coming right up. I tried this Amish remedy at the first sign of reflux and it really worked well! A tbsp in a few ounces of water sipped slowly does the trick. Truthfully it tastes acidic but that goes away a few minutes later. The important thing is that it works, is inexpensive and has no side effects. Worth the money, give it a try.

It works, pure and simple. The flavor might not be the most wonderful thing out there, but when you're feeling that sickening sensation of an approaching gastric heave of caustic stomach acid, you'll reach for this bottle quick enough. Besides, when you follow directions and mix the substance with water it's not bad at all. Relief is instant and lasting -- great if you want a real night's sleep. We've read the one-star reviews on here, and it is apparent that many of the naysayers failed to use this product as directed, so let's not blame the product for that. Secondly, there are some self-appointed health gurus that claim that adding acid to an already acidic stomach is the wrong thing to do. By that logic, you can never take a vaccine again, nor use a homeopathic product, so clearly these reviewers are speaking from ignorance. If they'd rather stimulate their internal acid receptors by swallowing tums or some other neutralizing agent, more power to them. Bottom line, this stuff works and we're sold.

People who are complaining that this product doesn't taste good need to suck it up. It's a tonic. It's not intended to taste good, it's intended to stop acid reflux and aid digestion, which is what it does. It does burn a bit if taken directly from the bottle, so be prepared. It's a bit expensive, but you get two bottles of about 30 servings each, so I guess it's alright for the price.

This organic product is a miracle. I do not drink a cap full until the cramps exist and I do not use it to prevent unpredictable cramping in my feet, legs, and abdomen. I also use cotton balls to apply the juice to the affected area. After years of suffering this is a miracle product for me and those I have recommended it to. Very extreme cramps may require 2 caps but give it a few minutes and you will see the juice working as the standing at attention toes, for instance, begin to return to normal. I wish they made a purse size bottle as I have had horrible cramps in my feet when trying to operate my car---not a good thing!!!
