can you invert completely upside down

I used to use mine fully inverted and didn't get any real relief. My Dr just prescribed daily to start and then weekly for L5 damage but said NEVER go past 45 degrees. My PT also told me in 2008 that decompression when upright did not work because your brain wouldn't let your muscles relax. So maybe check with a spine specialist even if you have a healthy spine.

Yes, you can fold this up for storage. Although it cannot be set completely flat. Hope this helps.
