We currently have a pet fountain with water falling into a bowl. It's beautiful and our cats love it, but it's prone to problems for cleaning and splashing, and it's definitely loud. When I bought this, I figured we could put it somewhere else in the house so the cats would have a choice. Well, the cats chose, and this is the winner. It's a winner for us, too. It's easy to set up, easy to clean, and since it's a bubbler rather than a fountain, it is much quieter. It has the added value of being a great nightlight for our dining room/kitchen area with its pleasing blue glow. It's easy to tell when it needs more water and rather than having to bring a tank from the fountain to the sink, this just allows us to add more water by pouring it into the top. The cats seem to like to drink from it since it's at their chest level rather than bending down to drink from the fountain. Sure, I have one cat that insists on using the fountain because he likes to drink directly from the waterfall part, but for the rest, this is their choice. I highly recommend this.

This is my 3rd type of water fountain and kitty and I are very happy! My first order arrived and the pump didn't work so had to send it back. I decided to try "once more" and so glad I did. It was an easy return and quick response to send me another. What I love the most with this fountain is the ease of cleaning. It seems to stay cleaner longer and a snap to clean because there are less parts. It's very attractive, the light is an attractive add and the gauge to monitor water level is a true bonus. I only gave 4 stars on the noise level because it's very quiet when I first turn it on but after a day or so it seems to make more noise. It's still not near as noisy as my prior fountains. Kitty took to it right away and is now getting more water intake than before which is good for her health. It's a winner. I recommend this fountain.

My pets love the fountain water bowls. This one i got to keep in my bedroom. It is small enough, and the light is really nice to have when the room is dark. You can see the water level as well, which is super handy.The fountain is mostly quiet as long as it is filled. Once an inch or two of water is missing you can hear the pump and the water falling into the reservoir. For most people it probably wont be too bothersome i would imagine. Personally, i keep it topped off all the time because of that noise.* After my review was posted, customer service reached out to me, we messaged back and forth a bit, and they sent new filters for the fountain. I was surprised that they reached out to me. It made me feel like a valued customer and i look forward to seeing new products from them in the future. *

Ok first let me start off by saying I had bought a $75 water fountain prior to this that lasted a total of three weeks. I went online and decided to just pick up a $20 run-of-the-mill fountain to just get me by. I wasn’t expecting to fall this in love. Right off the bat it’s proven to be 50 times better than all the expensive ones. This is not a paid review or anything I am a consumer who buys based on reviews so I feel it’s my duty to let everybody know just how amazing this product is because yes the price can be falling. I have one that I’ve had for the past year has given me zero problems. The only thing right now is the light doesn’t work but that does not matter whatsoever it doesn’t affect the water flow it doesn’t affect anything it just doesn’t tell you when it’s getting low which every day I fill it up anyway so it doesn’t matter. Recently I just bought another one for my cats because my bunnies loved it so much. I can’t recommend this enough. If you guys got duped by an expensive fountain like me take a chance. This one won’t let you down

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to set up. It comes with one filter, 3 pump sponges, and a USB-A Plug, and 2 fountain water spouts - a flower and one that disperses water out two sides. My cat wasn't happy with either spout; mainly I think because it's smack in the middle of the bowl. So I left the spouts off like in video and she really got happy about the water fountain then. So, it looks like this fountain is a keeper. I will update my review in a couple weeks on the ease of cleaning. It's recommended to clean the fountain every 2-4 weeks. I always go with the minimum 2 weeks especially if you have multiple cats or a single cat who is along hair like mine. There is a Red LED sensor to advise when water gets low or filter needs to be changed.

I’ve bought four of these over two years. The motor stops working after 4-6 months. Even if you clean it weekly. Why do I keep buying such a terrible product? Because I also bought a bunch of filters. Do not buy this. You will be disappointed. It will break outside the return window and you’ll be throwing it away. Update: that said, their customer service did provide a refund. They were very courteous and did their best to make me whole again. I’ve upgraded this review based on the customer service responsiveness and experience.

I recently got the Furrybaby Cat Water Fountain, and it's been pretty solid. The water level window with the LED is super handy—you can easily tell when it's time for a refill. I love the different flow settings; my cat seems to drink more now, which is a relief. It's quiet too, barely noticeable, which is perfect for my living room. However, cleaning it takes a bit of effort, but it’s worth it for fresh water. Overall, a worthwhile buy for any pet owner.

Been using this two months for three cats.Best fountain I've found for cleaning; not too many bits or spaces for grime to collect like some other well known others.Nice enough design and light helps at night.Not noisy and very easy to assemble.Replacement filters £8 for pack of 6 which I find reasonable.Most importantly cats like it!

My cat suddenly decided he was only going to drink out of a bowl that I held and he could see me pour water into. Not so great in the middle of the night (yes, he's a spoiled fur baby). I ordered this product and haven't looked back, he loves it, no more middle of the night disturbance.It's really quiet. Make sure you keep the water levels up as it's almost silent that way. Best cat product I've bought.So easy to put together, quick and easy to fill and clean.

My cat loves this fountain! The unit holds up to 2 litres - great if you're leaving the cat home alone for a night or two. As the water is constantly circulating and filtered, it's as if the cat her own tap constantly turned on! The pump is very quiet, and the blue light inside to highlight water level is a nice neon colour. Power is via a USB, so an appropriate adapter is required.The only negative is that you can only get compatible filters from the seller. These are more expensive than filters for other fountains such as the round 'flower' ones, which appear to be widely available from various brands and also cheaper. I wish I'd realised that before buying. However, I'm still very pleased with it.......and so is the cat!

I got this for my cats who like running water to drink.It was easy to put together.I keep it in my living room so I can see how much my cats are drinking.Its shows the water level so you can see how much is left. If you don't fill this to a certain level then you will hear the motor running and it's not a nice noise. It is very quite and very relaxing for me.I love it and its a taking point when I have visitor's.

My cat loves this. We’ve tried a few different types of fountains as he’s not a fan of the ones the trickle down but this is definitely the best we have had so far. A little noisier but the light is helpful and there are filters in place to prevent the pump from breaking.Relatively easy to clean. Came mostly assembled and the rest was pretty straightforward.Only downside is it’s a USB cable and doesn’t come with a plug adapter so we had to buy one separately.
