Not as good as I'd hoped, but pretty good
I have tried 2 flavors of 479 degrees popcorn so far - the toasted coconut caramel and the farmer's market herbs. I am underwhelmed.Value: 3 starsThis is really expensive for a bag of popped corn, but I can appreciate that they have gone to the trouble of making this a non-gmo heirloom crop snack (that also happens to be gluten-free).Flavor - 4 stars:These taste good, but not amazing, in my opinion. For the price and all the gourmet hype, I thought I was risking addiction by even trying these. Looks like I'm safe from that.Coconut Caramel - I love coconut and I love caramel, and you can definitely taste both. The texture is light yet crispy. There is plenty of flavor, but the coating on the kernels remains a thin layer throughout. I actually think that I would be in danger of loving this too much if there was more topping creating a more decadent (and worse for you) treat. As it is, it is a light yet sweet snack, and some people will prefer it that way. They have kept it at 110 calories and 3 grams of fat per serving, which is pretty great of them. For me, it is good but it's just not satisfying enough to justify the hit to my wallet. I might get this again some day if I'm in the mood for a caramel corn that doesn't actually make me sick from eating too much of it. :)Farmer's Market Herbs - This is seasoned with a mixture of herbs and you can really taste them. I just don't think they settled on the right blend of flavors. I think it is the rosemary -- which usually I LOVE -- but it is too heavy compared to the other herbal flavors coming through. So, for me it is a generally pleasant fresh herbal flavor ...that goes slightly wrong. Not gross, just not something that I will order again. The herbs listed in the ingredients are chives, dill, parsley, rosemary, garlic, and onion. There is also nutritional yeast.Packaging: 4 Stars -One bag came with other heavy things I ordered and was not protected from getting crushed at all. The other ended up getting shipped alone and was fine. I found that both seemed ok and not too crushed when I opened the bags, so I didn't complain to Amazon. Just beware that this may not be properly protected from your other items at this time.Overall, I'm giving this 4 instead of 3 stars, since I think the price should be secondary to the product in terms of the rating. After all, if you weren't relatively ok with the price, you wouldn't be considering buying.

Really, really, really good!!!!!
I tried two flavors of this -- Chipotle Caramel w/ Pumpkin Seeds (AMAZING!) and Farmer's Market Herbs (Very good). The chipotle caramel one tastes kinda like a grown up gourmet version of cracker jacks...just 1000x better. I love how you can taste all of the flavors and they mingle so nicely together! The sweet caramel comes first and then the nutty pumpkin....chipotle comes afterwards as a nice (and subtle) spicy surprise.Farmer's Market Herbs was good too. The herbs were there, and they melded together in a very interesting way with a touch of creamyness too. I certainly tasted all the herbs (chives, dill, parsley, rosemary, garlic, onion) though it was more of a mild flavor. I will say that they were not as addicting as the chipotle caramel ones. If you enjoy plain popcorn with just mild seasoning, you would probably love these. Also I LOVE LOVE LOVE how simple the ingredients are. No added crap, no chemicals, and the best is that they use non-GMO corn. The only problem is that I devoured the Chipotle Caramel one in two sittings. I will definitely re-purchase that one, and want to try some of the other flavors, but I must learn self control with these things!

Great popcorn... but.... price makes it a no go....
Love this popcorn but I'm not going to pay $7+ for it. I was getting it often as the offered price of around $3... So last time I went to order it was double what I'd been paying and no way could I see that it meant I'd get a double portion... same size, twice the money. Cancelled my subscription... Am thinking I've already done a review, too... I gave it five stars, but now I'll take one back for the price increase. I can't make myself buy it... Tastes as good as the Cracker Jack candy I had as a child before high fructose corn syrup came around... add almonds and voila! Just like I was a kid again... except no cheap little prize to junk up a drawer.... so, well, when the price gets reasonable again, I'll start buying it again. Till then, it's just a great memory.

Currently My Favorite Popcorn
This review is for the Asiago Parmesan & Cheddar flavor. This is currently my favorite popcorn. My only issue is that I wish they'd cut out most of the salt. I really hate salty foods. Cheese flavored popcorn does not need additional salt added. This is far better than most brands, with much less fat than even other air-popped brands I've tried. The cheese combination is a great idea, but less salt would be much better! Lately, though, the price has increased but so have unpopped kernels. I would buy this popcorn every month if Amazon could keep it in stock. (updated June 2019 after several bags with more unpopped kernels than usual. There used to be no unpopped kernels, but they are now counted in the product weight while being uneatable.)

Sorry, But The Current Price Is Poppycock In My Opinion
I used to buy a delicious popcorn that had coconut and macadamia nuts. It was made by a well known company and was available in boxes at grocery stores, but then the company decided to discontinue that flavor. I have been on the lookout for something similar for ever so long. When I came across this last month, I had to give it a try even though I thought the price was a bit high. And this was when it was about a third of Amazon's current price. It wasn't bad, but it did not measure up to the deliciousness of my old fave. Honestly, for the calories I ended up throwing out part of it because I was not enjoying it enough to justify consuming them. If you don't have that same point of reference (comparing to a long gone flavor), and you are a fan of coconut, there is a good chance you would enjoy this more than I

and all have been great, especially for the limited calories and fat
I have had several flavors of this brand, and all have been great, especially for the limited calories and fat. Favorite though is the cherry and chocolate one. The only downside is the ridiculous current price of $9. Watch the local grocery stores for it instead: I got a bunch of these on sale for $2/bag.Nine dollars is just crazy for a bag of popcorn. Unless it is gold-plated. Pretty sure you wouldn't care about the calorie or fat count though if it were gold-plated.
