After years of waking up in middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep I finally found something that I can go back to sleep! Been taking them for about 6 months and will continue to do so. My wife finds they help her sleep better as well.

Saw a Youtube video (I think from Thomas DeLauer) that talked about they did a study on saffron for mood and sleep and how this worked with all the people in the study.So I decided to give it a try.I take about 5mg of melatonin (it doesnt affect me in a bad way) but if you're looking for sleep "aid" and maybe you dont like how melatonin affects you, try a lower dose, maybe 1mg.But I take melatonin, passion flower, Valarian root (you can take these 2 as capsules or tea and or tincture of course)But I found myself waking up mid way and having a hard time going back to sleep.FIRST time trying saffron I slept through the night.So now I take saffron in midday then again before going to bed. Just one capsule.

One a day, easy to swallow capsule. No odor or aftertaste. Recommended as a natural alternative along with B12 complex. Can’t say it’s working, but I also can’t say it’s not.

This product definitely helps with my emotional regulation throughout the day. I take 1-2 more than recommended because I carry a lot of stress, and it’s the perfect amount for me!

Mostly good. It definitely boosts my mood throughout the day, but it leads to a massive crash in my mood about 6-8 hours after I take it. Makes me easily upset which is what I was trying to avoid. I’d go with another brand if you have the money
