Great Value
Incredible! easily cools and heats a 440 sq ft space. We use this in the guest house apartment. The remote works perfectly. It's quiet and efficient. Easy to clean and maintain, although the a/c company that does our annual services for our house unit does come out and check it annually as well. It has been money well spent!

No problems simple to install. Working X 6 months later in Zero degrees F!

Stopped working after a couple months
It was great for the first couple of months. Now it just blows air; no heat or a/c and there are no error codes.

Love the product and the support
Great price performer, easy to install, and really superior support during installation. Ask a question, get a very fast response with pictures to help you with the installation. The remote wireless adapter really works and is very easy to install. I can log on anywhere I have cellphone coverage, start and stop the split mini, monitor the temperature. And, for me, because I have off grid properties, it is an easy and effective to know if the power is up.

Definitely worth it 👌
I bought 3 of these and they absolutely awsome. Very quiet and efficient. Absolutely worth it . Not really hard to install. Just got to be patient to install. Only the brick side of the wall i had problems making the hole to run the lines . But i definitely do recommend this product

Great buy!
We bought this unit over a year ago. My husband installed it with a couple of buddies, none of them are AC specialists but they have a working knowledge of what was required. After initial install, it would blow but not cool and we learned, after having our HVAC company come out, that a coil was broken. I contacted the company through Amazon and told them what was going on and they sent us a whole new compressor. We paid a local AC guy to come install it for $250. We’ve had zero issues with it and it cools and heats our shop great. Just recommended it to someone in fact.
