Very nice
The gauge is a lot nicer looking then the pictures. The plastic was thick. I didn't feel like it would crack easily. The wires are a little on the small/thin side you have to have gentle hand when stripping them. However I do not think it's a problem.

Replaced my older cars "idiot light" with this. More confident in my temps now
Installed this in my 1989 Crown victoria. Did not trust the dash light. This lets me know the exact coolant temp. Had to drill through the firewall to run the sensor cable. Comes with two adapters.

Not accurate mid range
Gage was spot-on at boiling temp (212). It was widely off (more than 40*) mid-range.

Couldn't use because it was missing the wiring diagram
This was meant to use in a 1980 Buick Regal that had been broken down since 2006 and the owner had willed it to his son. It needed valves and I replaced those. needed this gauge but was unable to use because it was missing the wiring instruction. We picked up a different gauge local that wasn't electronic, more like old style one you'd use in a turkey. It may be used someday.

How is garbage like this rated 4, scam?
Product does not work. Temp sensor 3500 ohms at 60 ambient. Way out of automotive spec of 1500 OR Marine which is way lower.Tested on a few .. at one point it climber but was still 40 degrees too high.
