I eat one of these for breakfast or lunch when I don’t have time for anything more. It tastes great, it’s filling (I don’t get hungry between meals) and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I like that it’s high protein and low sugar. Perfect if you’re trying to watch your carb intake.

I mistakenly order these instead of the cookie dough ones. It was a nice surprise. The chocolate coating really hit that sweet tooth craving. The bars are a little thick and chewy but not horrible. I would order again.

These taste better than a lot of protein bars and are less expensive on Amazon than in any store.
