Lasted 1 year
These earphones have been very good, comfort and sound wise. However after just over 1 year they have failed. The advertising states highly durable and includes a 2 year guarantee. I'm still waiting to get a reply from the advertised email address.Edit 18 May 2023: refund or replacement has been offered and accepted. Moved from 3 to 5 stars.

1 year warranty- no comms
Few months trying to contact them to claim on the year warranty promise via Facebook and also email and they have failed to respond

Nice headphones
Good quality purchased both the lighting (apple) and C (android) both work well. Cheap option too.

Broke after 2 months of usage.
Barely used them, once, twice a week for laptop meetings. Sound quality was below par, noise cancellation was inexistent, but worst of all, they broke after 2 months, with the microphone making awful crackling noises in the right earplug (the one where the mic is attached to the wire). Just useless.

Disconnects constantly
When I'm playing music and put my phone in my pocket it just disconnects.Switches between earphones and phone speaker

Good value
I bought a these after reading reviews. They are usb -c only and work great with my Pixel 6a. Sound is better than it should be for the price so they are great value.
