There is a saying that it's what's on the inside that counts. That holds true with ADAPTOGEN's concentrated Inner Beauty Boost tonic. IBB arrived in a sealed dark plastic bottle, but a very small amount had seeped out, perhaps due to pressure differentials during shipping. Otherwise all is well, but I'd hate to waste any given the cost (about $1.50 per serving).The description on this page does a good job of touting IBB's benefits, so I won't rehash that. Enough said that it benefits skin and gut health, and can even help provide some added energy without many calories. A tablespoon diluted in 150ml water is suggested and I like it. It has a mild flavor that is both fruity and nutty. It is very easy to drink and also mixes well into a fruit smoothie. You could just down the spoonful, but the Stevia is a little overpowering that way so why not just enjoy it as a chilled drink?It is hard to quantify the benefits, but thus far my hair and skin are looking and feeling good, as is my digestive system.Refrigerate after opening. I really wanted to like The Beauty Chef’s Adaptogen beauty elixir, but it just did not agree with me. When I first opened the bottle, it had a strong herby, medicinal smell and did not taste anything like raspberries, to me. Every time I tried to mix this in with water, I just ended up with bloat and an unset stomach. Can’t say why exactly, but I know it is something in this inner beauty booster. Also 9.2 carbs seems kinda high to me for 1 serving of this. I am low carb, not necessarily keto, but I think 9 carbs is a lot given the portion size of 1 tablespoon. This just wasn’t for me or my needs. I’ll stick with my regular super greens and protein/collagen supplements.

I have used ashwagandha for a while now and was intrigued by this Adaptogen Inner Beauty Boost. I thought this might be a more enjoyable way to get my adaptogen in for the day as well as get a dose of pro/pre-biotics.The flavor of this when mixed with just water is mildly fruity and pleasant. However it has a fairly strong stevia aftertaste to it. I looked at the ingredients to get a sense of what was in this and sure enough, Stevia Leaf Extract is in there. However, I was surprised to find that the ashwagandha in this was actually a combination of root/leaves. When I got this I did not realized this since I usually avoid ashwagandha leaves which is higher in Withaferin A - a substance that is cytotoxic. This is why most ashwagandha on the market is typically made with root preparations, not leaves. So without any more information regarding if they test for or do anything to remove withaferin A, I'm a little weary about taking this long term.Review For:ADAPTOGEN Inner Beauty Boost (500ml)

This inner beauty boost supplement is pretty good. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The flavor is a bit off as it is very flavorful and it has a strange aftertaste but it is nothing awful by any means. The liquid is pretty sick so you may wanna mix it with water. I like it as a source of inner beauty supplements for my body without having to take pills. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. So far I like it!

My wife and I are not sure what Koto Nut is expected to taste like but really appreciate the concept, natural ingredients and easy to take approach that Adaptogen takes. We don’t often think of skincare from the inside out yet it’s proven that great nutrition and great skin go hand in hand, soft kiss to kiss. If you are a morning smoothie person, that’s a great way to take it.

The flavor isn't my favorite, but if I dilute it with enough water, its not bad. It has such great ingredients that I'm really hoping it will eventually give me more energy. So far, I can't tell a difference but its an easy way to get down a number of healthful adaptogens along with some good fermentation to heal the gut.I think this has a lot of potential and I love the idea of mixing all these adaptogens and adding some healthful flora and making it into a drink to take it all easily without having to swallow a bunch of capsules!

I have been using this product for about two weeks. I have to definitively say that this probiotic has made a difference in the clarity of my skin and overall elasticity. My skin looks and feels younger— it has also help to reduce the red undertones that my skin sometimes has. The recommended daily amount to take is one tablespoon. I simply just drink it as it does not taste unpleasant but like a floral syrup. If the taste is an issue for you, you can mix with water. This is a great product to take care of your skin internally. They always say that beauty starts from the inside out.
