Misty Copeland: Ready-to-Read Level 3 (You Should Meet)

Fabulous. Every title is popular with our 2nd and 3rd graders. They are Accelerated Reader leveled. The books have plenty of good information for biography reports for our 2nd graders. The information is accurate and put together in an interesting way and the illustrations running through each book to enhance the story are adorable. This book is wonderful for any little one who wants to become a ballerina or takes dance now. The quality of the paperback is good. These are a "go to" for our students. I have many of them because of this in our school library.

Great educational book on figures

It's important for all children to have opportunities and to develop an appreciation for many different art forms, even if they don't participate in them. This book hits the mark with the story of the lovely, strong, inspiring Misty Copeland in a format that is easy for kids to read.

This was an awesome gift for my granddaughter. She wants to learn ballet. I love sharing about Misty Copeland. She is such a beautiful, talented dancer and she is a woman of color. Beautiful plus for brown girls.

She is great. I bought this to read to my toddler. She cant read it but it is easy and fun for me to read it to her. My daughter also does ballet & is part African American, so it is relatable for her. One day she will be able to read it on her own, but until then I will enjoy reading it to her.

I brought it for a student and she loved the story. It was somewhat challenging for her but it seem to be a grade 3 level book.
