I wasn't sure until I tried.
I've heard great things about ashwagandha. Rather than just listen to incessant blather, I decided to give it a try. For starters, these taste like candy. Sweet, fruity, not chemically, not vomit inducing. Just lovely. Taste not withstanding they are outstanding. I have not felt such a profound calming effect in any other gummy that doesn't also make me sleepy. It's truly part of my regimen now, and will be for some time.
