Easy to take with no ill effects from them, if you do struggle with bowel motions it does seem to help with this to increased regularity without causing stomach discomfort, bloating etc but only been using them for a little while so don’t know the long term effects yet, but would recommend!

I was a little bit apprehensive about taking these only because on opening the clear seal on the bottle it seamed that the inner seal on the top of the bottle neck had been opened. (Picture 2). But because of the outer seal on the bottle I decided it may have happened whilst the screw top was being applied to the bottle.You have a 60 day supply of these capsules and they are gluten free and vegan. They have been certified organic, which is nice. And immune support for your skin and digestive system.Triphala is traditional herbal formulation consisting of three fruits native to the Indian subcontinent.• Amalaki ( Embilca officinalis)• Bibhitaki (Terminalia berica)• Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula)These slso detoxify your body, supports a healthier digestive system, improve blood circulation and ate rich in vitamin c.Each capsule contains• Triphala extract 500mg ( Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Haritaki)• Phyllanthus emblica, Terminallabellrica, Terminallacheblla.You only need to take 1 capsule each day after lunch or dinner, ( don't take on an empty stomach)You need to take one capsule a day for a 4 month period to see sustained results and priced at £12.50 they could be a little bit cheaper.Overall I'm just trying these for the first time do will update in 4 months. This is the reason I've given them 4 stats only.

I took these capsules for a while, and I'm going to share my honest opinion about them.Taking the capsules was easy, and I didn't experience any adverse side effects, which is always a plus. However, I must say, I didn't notice any significant changes or improvements in my digestion or overall well-being. This doesn't mean the product doesn't work, but it might just mean that it didn't have a noticeable effect on me, specifically.That being said, everyone's body is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. So, while I didn't notice any significant improvements, you might have a different experience.One thing I would like to highlight is the value for money. You get 60 capsules in a bottle, and considering the natural ingredients and the fact that it's vegan, I believe the pricing is pretty reasonable.Overall, I'm giving the Ambrosial capsules a neutral rating of 3 stars. They didn't cause any adverse effects, but I also didn't notice any significant benefits. If you're looking for a vegan supplement and want to try something new, this might be worth a shot. But as with all supplements, I'd recommend discussing it with a healthcare professional first.

I regularly suffer bloating and abdominal discomfort, which isn’t very pleasant, and so was willing to try this product.I have been taking, as directed, 1 x capsule per day (with main meal). The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless, which is good. They do have an aroma, not strong or pungent, and not unpleasant, so no issue.They have reduced, but not stopped, symptoms. Whilst I could up the dose, I’d be reluctant to do that, and as I say, they have eased the situation.All in all, a good product, and not bad value.I hope that you have found this helpful

I have IBS and LPR Reflux and always looking for ways to help ease the symptoms. Raw vegan lifestyle helps but I don't always get to follow it properly so stomach acts out.I was keen to try this out as I had never heard of it before and I am very keen on trying out Ayurvedic supplements.It is very red and hard to miss! Easy to swallow but early days yet. I need to test it out for awhile before deciding how effective it is and if I will purchase another bottle and continue with it.I will be back with an update as it is too soon to tell. But so far I am ok with it.

I have been suffering from nausea for quite a few months. I have been trying various gastro-resistants from supermarket and even my GP prescribed me some capsules but nothing has been effective. I ordered it to help with my digestive system. It has worked way better than my expectations. I do not have nausea, bloating and gastric problem since I have been taking it. It has improved my appetite as well. The capsules are easy to swallow. It is mentioned on the bottle that you can use 1-2 capsules a day. I have been taking only one a day and it has done a great job. I would definitely reorder it.

Triphala is great stuff consisting of 3 types of bitter gooseberry, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to purportedly cure whatever ails you. It may not be a panacea, but it is high in vitamin c and great for promoting correct bowel function and regularity.This particular supplement is easy to swallow and there's none of the powdery residue or bitterness you get with other types of triphala supplements.The capsules are alarmingly red (easy to find if you drop one) and fairly small, this easy to swallow.My only negative is that I'm used to taking triphala to work for me in a higher dose than the recommended dose of 1 capsule. 2 sorts me right out and gets my digestive system working properly. So in that respect its not a good value for money for me as 1 bottle will only last me a month.

I have started my TRIPHALA Ayurvedic treatment.I ordered this hoping to benefit from Triphala as it is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment for chronic disease with great Anti-Inflammatory Properties, and I’m very positive about it.The bottle comes with two months' supply, and the capsules are not too big. I think two months' supply is enough to test it, and if I like it, I’ll definitely order more and carry on with the treatment, even long-term if necessary.I have already started taking them, and so far, so good!

I have used this product for a month now.Results are fine and does well for digestive system, but product can be better. I have to use 2 capsules rather than 1. That is 1000 mg Triphala.I think one of the main reason is that they are sending 1 year old manufactured product which causes Triphala to lose some of it's potency. I checked dates on 3 boxes - all had 1 year old manufacturing.While expiry is 2 years hence well within range to use, I still prefer recently manufactured product.Overall, it is a fair product and is delivering good benefit assuming you take 1000mg (2 capsules) per day.
