We'll start with the only reason it doesn't get five stars. The cups are tiny. Yes, the description says they're two ounces. I knew they were tiny. They're actually adorable. I was half-tempted to give five stars anyway because they're actually really ideal for sharing "samples" with people if you wanted to do a serious tea 'tasting' for some type of rare tea or something. Which I will eventually be using this for!However, this is my daily use teapot now, complete with warmer and it is fantastic. The glass has been bumped, banged and jostled and hasn't so much as chipped. I purposefully ordered a very small teapot as I only brew one cup of tea at a time, then I rebrew those leaves until the last, delicate bit of flavour is gone. So, this was perfect for me.I can't speak to the infuser, because it looks like it wouldn't work all that well. I have a teacup strainer, so my leaves float loose in the pot, and get strained out as they fall into the cup. I'm impressed that they don't clog the spout, like in my Yixing pot. The infuser looks like it would have poor air flow and that rooibos tea in particular would clog those little slits. I would be cautious if buying this pot for the infuser's sake. I would personally prefer a stainless steel mesh.The lid doesn't fit quite tightly without the infuser, but a single fingertip to the top is enough to hold in it place while pouring. No effort at all.Overall, it's exactly what I expected when I ordered, and while I *wish* the little cups were bigger, they are kind of adorable. So far, the warmer has been incredibly useful for brewing longer teas (say, chamomile) and I have delighted in my pot. It's exactly what I needed.

I bought this as a gift & the set as a whole is pretty small for what I was expecting. If you were to have tea for 6 you would need to keep refilling water for the tea. It's good for 1 or 2 people. I like that the cups are double wall so you don't burn yourself holding them.

I love this. Its soo good and the packing was great. I was afraid that I will find something damaged,nut everything was perfect. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the tea cups are really really small. I don't think even the Japanese / Chinese people drink so little tea. Thats why I generally have to pour twice or thrice.

Nice quality! Cups are small but cute.upd ! Handle broke :( after couple months of every day use. It started to leak btwn hadle and pot itself.

I love this pot. It steeps tea nicely. I would like to mention the fuse for center is delicate, be careful when you wash it. I broke mine. The company was good and offered me a return. I kept the pot it was my fault and I still use it. If I want I have a small strainer I can use. I usually don't because theFew leaves in my cup really don't bother me. Pot holds a good amount of tea. I am happy with my purchase
