Nice smaller globe
I read other reviewers saying that it was thin quality; it kind of is. I mean, you would really have to push on it to puncture it, like purposely. It is just as pictured with the colors, but it is not a full-size globe; however, the dimensions do show the size.

Crumbles when touched
Unbelievably cheap construction. Looked good initially, threw original packaging away. Placed it on shelf. A week later, removed the globe from the shelf to dust. I was cupping the globe with one hand and holding the base in the other. My fingers POKED HOLES IN THE GLOBE without exerting pressure. Every time it moved, more of it crumbled. In the return process, Amazon indicated the box and label would be "FREE" at UPS. No. It looked that way because the word "FREE" appears at the end of the line that says "Box and Label Needed". The shipping is free, I have to provide the box and label. Deceptive. The UPS store guy is really tired of Amazon customers falling for that.
