Perfect in every way possible. The loops help with the amount of 'stretch' indicated in my current physical therapy regimen, you don't need to pull or tighten the strap from the end of the strap. Makes things a lot easier! Easy to roll up and store near my exercise location. The booklet included in the package includes many other useful hints & illustrated stretches & exercises! Very sturdy and dog the job

I have sore legs lower back pain and trouble walking, it works great on my hamstring and lower back. I use it 3 times a week and 99 percent of the pain is gone and have know trouble walking.

I had total knee replacement recently. This was very helpful in getting my flexibility back.

This is an excellent product. I originally ordered it for physical therapy at home and have expanded its use to Yoga classes and taking it on travel to use. I like the independent loops over a D-ring style because you can easily grab any loop and get a good hold to put some "oomph" into your stretch. The independent loops also make it easy to adjust your grip from one loop to another without having to re-adjust (re-wrap) the straps around your hands as you change stretch positions. It is holding up well. I don't use it with shoes, so I don't need to wash it often. It appears very well made. I am laughing my "bleep" off at the reviewer who thought this strap was elastic. The description and pictures clearly show that this strap is to help YOU stretch and is not elastic. No mystery and no big surprise for the many 5-star reviewers. If you want a stretchy strap instead of a stretch strap, search for "resistance bands." I hope they already found what they needed. :-D

Exactly what I was looking for.

I had very bad knee pain during the summer and this relieved it completely. Well made and easy to get an excellent stretch with. I take it with me when I go travelling to help with tight leg muscles.
