Q: Can this directly charge a Lithium Ion 100 ah battery?

No, but, just 2 things I need to mention: 1. You do need a charge controller in between the battery and solar panel. (Because of the difference in voltage.) 2. If you do plan on going with a charge controller, make sure to run at least 2 solar panels in series into the charge controller if you have a 12V battery system. (3 if you have 24V system). This is because the voltage on the PV side must be 5 to 10V higher than the battery voltage system.

The 50W's rated current is 2.8Amps & the short circuit current is 3.1Amps (the max amp output you would see)

Q: What connectors do I need to extend the length of the wires to an inside my boat Victron controller?

You can use a length of PV extension wire that has a male MC4 connector on one end and a female MC4 connector on the other end. You could buy for example a 50ft length of wire and cut it in half to get 2x25ft lengths with MC4 connectors to go into the panel and bare wire to then go into the MPPT charge controller.
