Are these made in the USA?

They are made in China, but they have Quality Control. China will produce excellent products if you have good quality control. The one I am using is still good, I purchased it January 1, 2017 which is not long enough to tell yet. The cleaner I used it with; the spray nozzles that came with that cleaner would last less than a year. The seller replied immediately to all my questions and I am very happy with them and the nozzles.

About how far will these spray?

These sprayers are for water and non chemicals only. They only have about a 5in spray distance

Are they chemical resistant heads?

I would say not. One of my bottles squirt what looked like spit tobacco juice after sitting atop a bottle of household bleach for a month or two. I was able to rinse it clear and get the bottle to work properly again.That was two weeks ago. I just checked the same bottle of bleach and this time something black as tar dripped out. It no longer pumps effectively. I am going to assume the bleach attacked an o-ring inside the spray head. Bleach is but one chemical among millions but it sure can't tolerate that one.
