UPDATE: The seller was johnny-on-the-spot to offer a replacement after I posted my review. I received the new item at the beginning of April and wanted to give it sufficient time before posting an update. I'm pleased to report the headphones are still working, 2 months in, and I haven't had any problems with them. Unfortunately, I'm still on high alert and expecting them quit at any time, like the first pair. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong. I'll give them 4 stars now, but subtract a 1/2 star for the seller's hounding me to change my review long before I was ready to. Customer service was good, but for that one issue.---------------------------------------I was ready to give these headphones a 5-star review, because they were great...while they worked. I replaced another pair that worked well and had great sound with this one, because it wouldn't stay in my ear so I was constantly fidgeting with it trying to keep it in my ears. Well, I never had that problem with these; they fit wonderfully and were so comfortable I would literally forget I was wearing them. With all the jostling on my long, hard runs, they never budged. I loved them!!! But after about a month of use, they no longer work. Fully charged, all they'll do when I turn them on is flash blue and red alternately. They don't connect even though bluetooth is turned on and the device is still paired. I have no idea what else to do and can't return them because it's outside the 'return window'. What a load of crap. Why shouldn't I be able to return an item that quits working for no verifiable reason after just a few weeks? I really wish I could recommend it but you're better off trying a different one.

These made me addicted to bluetooth headphones, just not *these* bluetooth headphones. Admittedly, they're better than most I've tried and just as good as more expensive ones, but they have a high-pitched, barely audible tone that goes off every 5-10 minutes that just makes me uneasy, so ultimately, I'm returning them.Otherwise, reception is clear and range is great. Kicked the pants off the ones I got from EverDigi.

Whenever I try to review a product I often look at what was promised and how much I paid for it. This product is supposed to run for about 6 hours with active listening, fit comfortably and stay in place while being highly active (such as during a work out), and is supposed to have noise canceling technology so that callers can hear you even when you are in a loud gym.Well, I purchased a cheaper set of similar headphones ($19.00) that gave the same promises and failed to deliver, but these new ones are great! After I charged them I used them for roughly 7 hours before my devices indicated they were low on power. I have had people call me and they can hear me pretty well (with my cheaper pair the caller could not hear me at all). However, I have not been in a loud/noisy environment to test the noise canceling tech. I use these for driving directions while I am cycling (the turn by turn directions come over the headphones), and to listen to music while doing a work out. The sound quality is GREAT and even when I'm super active (jumping jacks, lunges, push-ups, and more) these stay in place and remain comfortable. Finally, one of the things I like most about these is how light they are.They come in a pretty plain box (but who cares if it's a simple cardboard box or velvet interior?), but come with a small black pouch to store them in. There is also a USB charger and additional ear pieces to ensure there is a pair for a proper fit. This is likely the perfect pair of headphones for someone who doesn't want to spend too much money on a set of Bluetooth headphones. ($25.00 is a GREAT deal for these!)

Great headphones.- Sound quality is spot on and are durable- Comfortable to wear for an extended period of timeOnly two cons that aren't that major- Cable can get somewhat tangled to where they're not straight but not that big of a deal- If you wear glasses, the LED indicator can reflect off your lenses and be annoying but can be fixed by just placing some electrical tape on the side the LED is on.Also, great customer service. Bought mine from FirstStop and when I emailed them telling them how an earbud fell outdoors and lost it, they sent me 3 pairs of earbuds when 1 would have been enough (Pictured). Not necessary but greatly appreciated.All in all, worth the buy if you're looking for Bluetooth headphones.

The range on these are not very good. I use them in the gym and have to have my phone within 8ft or the reception starts breaking up. Very comfortable to wear and sound quality is great.after contacted by customer service they shipped out a new pair. Seem to be working alot better. Good sound quality

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought these earphones around February for running usages. The first few months were great. They had decent noise block and the sound was astonishing. I took really good care of them while I was in a "harmful environment" for the earphones. Although one day, around April, I took off the charger from the headphones and tried to turn on the power button and nothing happened. The "Indicator Light" didn't turn on and it didn't make any sound of any kind. Sometimes it actually turns on and works for a few seconds, but after a while it goes back to it's normal broken status. As for now I'm rating this as "okay" for it's sudden malfunction.

Received headphones in good condition. Tried today and they worked fine, no issues. For the price these headphones are perfect. The USB charger fits extremely tight, so be careful not to force it.
