Occipital Release Massage Tool - for Migraines and Tension Headaches

Perfect design, needs sturdier materials
For any neck or occipital pain, this thing is what you've been looking for. I fall asleep on this thing all the time from the comfort and release it provides. The plastic is not holding well up at all though. It's going to break soon. Where the knobs meet the board there is maybe 1/3"x3/4" piece of plastic holding up the weight of your head and any counter pressure. Which if you are investing in something like this, im guessing you want alllll the pressure. The connection piece bends if you rotate your head to dig into knots or try to use this on a part of your back. So far I can bend things back in place. They should make those pieces out of something stronger. That said, it has saved me on some bad days.

Two pegs on a board
This did help unknot the muscles at the back on my head. My only complaint is that I did not realize it was completely stationary. Some vibration would have made it perfect. Regardless, would buy it again.

Decreases my head pressure every time
I get tension headaches that can spiral into migraines as the day wears on. I have used this the last few times I have had tension headaches to reduce the pain and pressure in my head. It hurts to lay on it, but like the good kind of hurt, like it’s actually pushing on the trouble spot. After I stay in position for a couple of minutes, I often adjust the pressure points to try and get at the pain from another angle. The last time I had a tension headache, I could not cough or turn my head or bend over without a big increase in head and neck pain/pressure. After using the headache releazzer, that pressure in my head diminished SO much. I could go on with my day.Once, I was really in pain before I got home and just grabbed it and headed to bed. I laid on it in bed and actually fell asleep for 10 minutes which released pressure and did a foggy brain reset. This product has really come in handy! I would definitely recommend if you get tension buildup in your shoulder/neck that leads to headaches.

Too short
For a sub-occipital release, it has to be tall enough for your head to sink down and stretch the sub-occipitals. My head rests on my bed before I feel more than very minimal pressure. I had to prop it on the edge of my pillow before I could get a sufficient stretch. It needs to be just a couple inches higher

Amazing!!
This product is a game changer, I first used the blue covers and felt my tension headache melting away. Next I took the blue covers off and moved it down so it was cradling each side of my cervical spine which took the pressure off that area too, it felt so amazing like I felt like my whole body was melting I was so relaxed. This is also very well built and made out of a super strong and sturdy feeling plastic, it’s clearly been made to last.

Deep tissue device that actually works!
I am really happy with this product. I took it out and put it together right when it arrived and tested it. It feels really good, and I like deep tissue care. Something that supposed me what the quality of the materials. I didn't do a lot of reading and research because I was just excited about the product, but the image madee think the material might be low quality. That couldn't be farther from the truth. The plastic is nice. Denser than I thought which gives it a nice weight and feel. The white knobs are SUPER easy to adjust and move and the blue caps really help. The blue caps are a nice, soft and dense rubber, so pretty comfortable as well. Overall, very happy with it.

Way better than any cervical device on amazon
This gets 5 stars because it is the best cervical device on Amazon. Hits all the right trigger points. A bit expensive for quality, but still recommend.

It does help with headaches!
I will be honest, for the price of this product I wasn't sure about the results I would get. I suffer from frequent headaches, mostly stress related and I don't like taking medication unless it's absolutely necessary. This product seemed like it was worth a try and I've been using it daily since I bought it, and it's made my headaches go away each time I've used it. It doesn't hurt or feels uncomfortable once you adjust the heads to find the right spot. It's also durable and won't easily break. It's also very lightweight that I could easily throw it in a purse if I need to bring it with me. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.
