I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my energy and joint comfort. It’s a great formula with the right combination of minerals for bone and immune support. The only downside is that the tablets are a little large, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, keep that in mind. Still, it’s a great product and the price is excellent for the quality!

this is part of my bed routine. Magnesium deficiency appears to be a thing. I have this at night. Supposed to help with sleep (Mg). happy its got Ca for bones and Zn for immunity as well. Overall a great product.The pill size is a bit on the large size. So my daughter chews it rather than swallowing. So it obviously does not have a bad taste too, I guess.
