I had multiple shoulder injuries as a kid and had rotator cuff surgery back in the 90s. Welp I think I’m in need of another one. It feels like I have a hot poker separating the ball joint. My shoulder is falling out of it’s socket again and the nerve pain is intolerable. This is definitely helping with the stability of the joint. It is smaller so if you wear anything more than a medium sized shirt I would look for something larger. I’m a woman if that helps you figure out what size you need. 10/10 recommend for small to medium sized people.

I bought this shoulder harness to help my torn rotary cuff and it has helped me a lot with the pain. It arrived fairly quickly and was easy to adjust to fit comfortably over my clothes. It adjust to fit really well.I am happy I bought it. It allows me to use my arm without hurting myself more.
