I think these are great for dialy vitamins content good price and very tasty

Not great at taking vitamins in pill form as I find the taste and texture really off-putting. No such issue with these, I actually find them a really nice palate cleanser after a meal. Note that you don't have to take them with food, it's just a habit I've gotten into.I do notice since taking them my energy levels have improved and I'm getting fewer sniffles so they're definitely doing something!Better value for money than other brands as bottle size is same as other well known brands but dosage is just two gummies a day rather than three. On my fifth bottle now and will continue to purchase them.

Especially if you have health issues it's even more useful than ever to have a good tablet to take every day.These gummies come in a good container that holds the vitamins well and is reasonably easy for an adult to access. The gummies have a limited range of vitamins and supplements, concentrating on the key vitamins A-D plus zinc though all at decent percentages of recommended allowances. The gummies have a pleasant taste and are smaller but a little tougher than others I've needed to chew.Overall though these are absolutely fine as vitamins and could do a lot of us good I'm sure taking them regularly.

You do get similar gums that are sugar-free but I guess that comes down to personal preference. If you struggle to get into the habit of taking supplements daily and don't get enough vitamins in your diet, these are worth buying.
