Looks quite flat and is very heavy, but don't let the looks fool you. First time in over 12 years of excruciating neck pain, that I had decided I would just have to live with. I'm absolutely pain free. I cannot believe it. I can now throw out the collection of expensive assorted pillows. I did have a few hesitations, most notably, that I am a side sleepers and sometimes like to put my arm under the pillow. I thought this would not work, but much to my surprise, I was able to achieve this . The pillow is sort of like laying on wet sand. It's firm, but at the same time forgiving. I realize that pillows are a very personal experience, but for me to get almost total relief from pain that I had accepted for numerous years is just awesome. The pillow is made by a German company and is manufactured in Italy.

comfortable. doesn’t sink down and collapse overnight. came well packaged, no smells. good neck support— my neck is no longer sore.I sleep on both my back and side, and I find this comfortable for both sleep positions.it did take a few nights to get used to the new pillow and “break it in”

This was a gift from my daughter, that’s supposed to last at least three years. I’ve had these pillows before. I do need to get a representative to help me exchange for another. It’s it’s getting soft and it’s losing shape where it cradles your head. I would like to know how to go about that thank you

5 years ago I was suffering from neck, back pain and sleepless nights. My head was also getting hot. I had bought a tempur-pedic bed and though it helped it wasn't enough. Their pillows didn't help at all as they were too high, too stiff and many too hot. The same went the many many pillows I tried and tried. Suddenly I came across technogel. Despite the high price point, I decided to try the pillows with the low risk of amazon prime. First I had the anatomic pillow and it was great. I sleep extremely comfortably, no more pain, sweat or sleepless nights. A few years later I came across the contour pillow by technogel. Made for side sleepers like me. I decided to purchase it and what I though was already the best, became even better with this pillow.Wish the price point wasn't as high, but its totally worth it. I have had this pillow for years and it still works like day 1. I bought one for my wife and her neck pain is also gone.I love technogel pillows. We just bought the bed too!

Cheaper products do the same thing. My head was just as warm and my neck still ached in the am.

The shape and composition of this pillow makes is much easier to get a good nights sleep and reduced my rotator cuff pain in the morning. It’s very cleanly constructed. Supportive, but soft enough to be cozy.

I love this pillow! After my dog ate all of my pillows that worked for my neck problems, I didn’t think I’d ever find another good pillow. Though the pillow doesn’t remain cool when sleeping ( the memory foam gets hot) it makes up for it with support and comfort. I have never been able to sleep on my back due to pain but now I am able to lay on my back without excruciating pain. The pillow is expensive but you can’t put a price on something that helps you to sleep. I will now only buy Technogel pillows. Thank you Technogel and Amazon for giving me my life back!

This pillow is hard and your neck will hurt in the morning if you manage to sleep on it. The contour is wrong for sleeping on your side so if it's not your neck it will be a shoulder or both when you awake. It is too expensive. There is no justification for its cost. I've learned a lesson about so-called contour pillows. Avoid them.
