I was going to order the Rubbermade mop similar to this one. But this was half the cost. The first thing I noticed was IT DOES NOT include all the mop heads that are shown in the product description. It comes with two of the red pads, the window cleaning attachment, a blue scrapper with briscles on it, and a small rectangular piece of marerial (the length of a book) I have no clue what this does. The assembly was easy, just snap the pieces together. The second thing I noticed was it wasn't made with quality material. The pole is basically aluminium, doesnt seem very strong. The third thing was the refill bottle was a little hard to pull out. The plastic is hard and brittle. It fell while I was filling it up, and it broke. So I never even got to try out the mop. I dug out my old Rubbermade mop and there is a huge difference. Their pole is solid and thicker. Their refill bottle is made with heavy duty plastic. I am returning this product. I give it one star.

Best one so far. The Rubbermaid ones clog easily and spray too high, wetting baseboards, etc. The Libman is just as good, but cleaning surface is much smaller. Also tried two other ones over the course of a couple of years. As I said, best one so far.

I switched the mop head to use the duster one time & put the mop attachment back on. The plastic piece that goes inside of the handle and the clip to secure the attachment broke off. I’m not sure if maybe I just got a defective one or if there was a hairline crack in the plastic on the mop attachment but nonetheless, I’m very disappointed in the durability. I’ve only used it about 2 dozen times in a small kitchen with lanolium floors. I liked the ease of it though while it lasted. You can make your own floor cleaning mixture and put it in the container. The clip to hold that in is kind of flimsy too and the container leaked if you turn it upside down to attach it so I just turned the handle upside down to avoid spilling it. I’m pretty sad that it broke.

I have a few walls of mirrors in my apartment that normally take me 20 minutes each to wash using a chair to get up and down with the towel and glass cleaner spray...it's annoying to say the least. Now comes in the this 3 in 1 spray mom..what would normally take 20 mins per wall with mirrors now takes me about 3 mins tops..I LOVE THIS MOP!! The best part is that I can also swap the head out and mop my flowers when im done with my mirrors. This mop has drastically cut my cleaning time and I could not be any happier with my purchase.PS. No batteries needed..#winning.

I've only just gotten this mop so pushing for a response is premature, also asking for my name and info even under guise if possible free gift is unnecessary since that info is on file with Amazon already. I've only used the mop once on my floors and it worked. Though because of the rounded corners it does not reach into actual corners on the floor so have to go back over them with a wet cloth. Which btw defeats the purpose of a mop. I have health issues so get dizzy very easily, bending over to clean the corners doesn't help. I haven't used the window cleaner mop head since it's storming outside and it's useless to clean the windows at this moment. I will revisit this review later with an update.

(i dropped it down to two stars. This lasted only 2 months. The way the handle is attached is really flimsy and only has a plastic fitting connecting the two pieces. I do not recommend. I'm going to get the basic one. And just put my solution in a spray bottle.) I really like this mop but only gave it 4 stars because I feel like the seal to the reserve could be tighter. it leaks depending on the angle you store it. Store it up right. I like this and I use my own solution of vinegar and Dawn with hot water and it doesn't amazing job.

Love this but,the one I received the handle will not stay together ,pin is to short and it keeps popping off.ok this is a update received my 2nd one and this one is just as bad as the first. I mean come on I just want to wash my floors. Not have to stop and fix this damn thing everother push!!! Now I have to drive again to the UPS store to return!!

This is my first experience with a "spray mop" after years of rag mops & sponge mops which involve buckets of water and waiting for the floor to dry. This mop was tightly packed in its own cardboard container: I almost threw away one of the accessories because it was stuck in the box. One complaint: I wish the visual directions were on a separate sheet in the box, instead of only on the container. I cut it off the cardboard container & put the directions with all the accessories in a plastic resealable bag so that I would not lose them. Used once, no problems with this spray mop. Oh...love the large size of the mop head, mopping goes faster.
