Odd little boombox - as others have noted it comes with a heavily accented female voice that announces which input you have chosen.I use this only to play USB or memory card-loaded music and audiobooks, though the tuner seems to work well too. My main complaint with this is that it defaults to mid-level volume when you turn it on - which is not very quiet, and it immediately announces in the female voice what input you've got going on.Very simple operation, and the remote is a must-use since the buttons on the box itself aren't that complete. Turning it off, then back on, you default to the tuner (pretty sure) but when you change to USB or memory card, it picks up where it left off when it was turned off. Good for audiobook listening, or anything else where you want to do that.Cheap, effective (so far), simple, good enough tone - excellent for dragging along when you're gardening, etc.

This was a pleasant surprise in that it does almost all that it promised in the description. Notice is says: "3 color illumination in speakers." This is not true, but not a deal breaker because it is still a high value for the price. The volume is loud. It appears as if the cabinet is MDF laminated particle board, so I advise not to get it wet. There are very minimal controls on the boombox, so it is very necessary to keep the remote in hand. (mode selection is cumbersome). Volume must be selected with the remote control. This is a nice, expendable gift for children (so they can leave yours alone). I would buy another one.

This unit plays for a while and after about 15 minutes it loses whatever signal it was sending and goes into a mode where a voice repeats something unintelligible. It was fully charged when this occurred and the signal source had not changed. The sound was good for outdoor use, but we had to reset the signal (FM radio or bluetooth) much too frequently. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this unit.

I will say it is loud. It came in damaged, but nothing I could not over look. My main issue is that only the radio and Bluetooth work. The aux, flash drive...none of it works.

If you are looking for something loud, this is it ! This will easily rock a large gym ! It's pretty big though, it's not your small carry in your jacket pocket bluetooth ! It measures 10" High, 14" Long, 4 1/4" thick. It has a USB slot and plays FM radio, but my favorite use in The TF Card slot !Batteries last a Long time in this thing too !
