These are substantial gloves. Like any effective cold weather glove, they have a long wrist sleeve making them feel like gauntlets. The battery makes the glove quite heavy (the weight makes it feel like it has soaked up water when I carry it but it is, in fact, completely dry). I could still handle a dog lead and focus binoculars in them as well as adjust hoods and zips on my clothing. I could operate the touchscreen on my phone whilst using them but not with precision. They are roomy inside so a liner glove could be worn, but they are so warm that I haven't found this necessary. The band across the back of the hand and drawstring on the wrist allow effective adjustment to either keep wind out or ventilate my hands. The gloves feel like a loose single layer, with the inner lining being velvety and very comfortable. At five degrees Celsius, I found the gloves to be toasty warm without the heating whilst I was walking. At minus three Celsius, the heating provided a gentle, even heat around my hand and fingers that was extremely pleasant. The heating was particularly helpful if I needed to take my hands out (for instance to write notes) as my fingers immediately got a toasty cuddle when I put the glove back on. I only needed the lowest setting and have had no problems using them for 5 hours, not needing to switch the heating back on for a while when the hour is up as they retain heat well. Given these are about half the price of most heated gloves I have looked at, they really are superb value for money, a very good buy and a pleasure to use.

I initially ordered the black one from aroma season, they were good but they were too big for me. So I returned them and got this one.I am so glad I did!The material inside the gloves is so soft, they snuggle your fingers, very comfy. The material outside is windproof and waterproof, keeps your hands dry and extra warm.There is a strap on the wrist area, you can tighten it so no cold air can go in, I find it is very important because the black one I got earlier, the cold air kept coming into the gloves, so my hands were constantly cold even it was set to the highest temperature.The extra long cuff can cover your coat and you can tighten the rubber band, again double seal the gloves to keep your hands warm and dry.My hands are small, it's hard for me to find the right size of heated gloves, they are still a little bit long for my fingers but it doesn't bother me at all. I can still use my phone and grab the dog lead easily.I fully charged them before the first use, have been using them for two days on highest temp and they are still okay. I suffered from very bad chilblains and arthritis, this gloves is life saver for me.Highly recommended this product.

I bought a cheaper pair last year and they weren't re chargeable and they were crap. I have osteoarthritis in my fingers and they are so painful, i have very short fingers and there's always a gap between my fingers and the glove fingers. I bought the small to medium and they were a much better fit. I now know not only are they warm but waterproof aswell. I did look at the reviews and there were more positive reviews than negative. The fact that i can use my phone with them still on is a added bonus. Marian Chisholm.

They do keep your fingers warm. They are a bit bulky - you couldn’t drive in them.

Having bought many high price ski gloves and mittens over the years and still getting white fingers in winter, even with gloves inside mittens !, Working in a warehouse where it's minus 5 at the moment I bought these.They keep my fingers at normal temperature, not warm and not cold which is good enough for me.They feel warmer than any £60 ski gloves I've bought over the years when switched off !!!I am finally comfortable at work on my reach truck because of these.

No dislikes it's all a positive for me. They keep my hands warm without overheating them. They are very comfortable to wear, easy to use and great value for money. I'm really happy with this purchase and highly recommend them.

A very well made product and the heating elements work well.I struggled to put them on and to take them off - which I need to do frequently, so a bit of a pain. I do not have particularly large hands and ones I bought were L/XL.Sadly, after one trial using these gloves, I will be returning them.
