I love this lower back gel ice pack. It works amazing in microwave and in freezer. The shape is perfect and fit so great, even on my tailbone. Gives the right amount of heat or cold needed. Velcro is sturdy and comfortable.

Works well hot or cold and doesn't take too long to freeze in the freezer. For that reason, it is good when you need a cold compress. When the compress is hot or cold, it lasts a sufficient amount of time. It is comfortable to wear, easy to use and worth the price.
