Good for the brain
I’ve taken fish oil before and it definitely made me a lot smarter. Alaskan fish oil is higher quality than what I was taking. I think $19.19 for 180 capsules of 1000mg was a good deal. But I see the price just went up. I think cheaper fish oil will give you good results too. My doctor says it’s okay to take it every day and that usually you can’t take too much fish oil.

Great Omega 3 Capsules
So happy to find these omega 3 capsules (where the capsule itself is actually made from fish cartilage and not gelatin from beef or pork.) The actual omega 3 is from wild caught, sustainably-harvested fish. There's no fish aftertaste. Highly recommend.

No fishy smell
This is one of my favorite supplements. It works for me.

Very easy to swallow.
Needed a kosher easy to swallow fish oil vitamin. These don’t leave a fishy after taste. Just what I was looking for.

Good but
This product agreed with me when some fish oil with triglycerides don't. But I didn't realize I needed to take two capsules twice a day. The caps are too big to take two twice a day. So cut my rating by one star

No Indigestion from this product as with other supplements
I've used other fish oil supplements (Traded Joe's brand) and I'd experience indigestion from them, even when I consumed them with a meal. I have no such problem with this supplement, even when taken with just a glass of water. Seems to be a great supplement.

Disappointed
It's a shame this supplement contains soy and the manufacturer does not want to reveal this on Amazon. . Since they have beat around the bush about answering the question on Amazon, I contacted the company myself and they said the product does, in fact, contain "refined soybean oil." The product itself does well with eye dryness and aches and pains, but the fact that it contains soy I feel is something people like myself who want good health should stay away from.
