Good stuff
If you do your homework, test your soil. Add lime and fertilizer as needed, any seed will grow. I’ve used this stuff for years in south eastern Pa. it works well. Deer like the brassicas. Will it pull a mature big buck into a plot during day light hours? Maybe not.. but it will get em interested in spending more time in your area. It’ll also have the fawns and does staying close by

Grows well with minimal preparation.
Planted this at the end of August with minimal soil preparation and no fertilization and it came up beautifully. I can't wait til first frost in Tennessee to see if the deer start eating it.

Great product nearly any seed bed preparation required soil ph leave was 6.5 and in 4 days seed is already germinating and approximately 1" tall
