I love the color and it's great quality and works grate and I love the look

The smartwatch arrived on time. Looks nice, but I still haven't been able to set the functions. The instructions are hard to follow or don't make sense. It has been 4 months and I still cannot get this watch to function.

Opened the box, liked the looks, put it on the charger, and downloaded the app. First it recommends a subscription but has a free version so cool. It is riddled with ads. I had to watch two just to get to the place to set the time then I had to watch a third. As soon as it started, I backed out, deleted the app, opened Amazon and started the return. Do not recommend this watch at all.

The pins that attach the band to the watch face were not put in properly and keep falling out. I tried using the pin tool that was provided but the watch fave is too big for the tool and so I can't get the band in the tool to push the pin in. I've tried pushing it in myself with various things but can't get it to go in all the way. This is very disappointing because otherwise this is a fantastic watch. I have no other issues with it.Editing my review from 3 stars to 4. I messaged the company about the pin issue and they responded quickly informing me of what I can do to fix my problem and assured me that they looked into the problem in their factory and are making the necessary changes to fix the issues on their end.

I am so happy with the way this looks. It doesn’t look a traditional smart watch. It is more stylish. Would purchase again

Product is wonderful. But stuffing that box inside my mailbox was ridiculous. The box was larger then the mailbox and it was as hard getting it out. Please do not leave anything in my mailbox ever

I want a charging cradle that was not sent.

I like the app it is great at helping me keep track of women's health. Hate how the thing keeps vibrating at different times at night because I roll in my sleep letting me know I moved. I couldn't wear it in bed after three days of terrible sleep with constant interruptions.
