My son is really into rocks right now. He received this as a gift for his bday and immediately had to open it and find all the rocks. He did take a few days before he found all 12. It got pretty messy but it kept him busy and made him happy.

My 25 year old sister loved it
I bought this for my sister because she really likes rocks. We used to live in Montana when we were little and we would collect rocks to add to our collections. She always found these pretty red rocks in our jungle gym gravel and we called them rubies. It was a good time and this kit brought us back to those times. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome gems and great value!!
I bought this set and several other dig kits for my 7 year old son over the past several weeks. I bought National Geographic, Kidzlabs, Discovery, and finally The Gemstones box. This Gobi Dex product is much better than the others! The rocks/gems are much bigger and more diverse.

My 8 year old son spent over an hour finding the gems and was very impressed with the sizes and quantity. Makes a great gift.
