Strengthens your face and slims your cheeks.
I just bought this a week ago and I have been using it twice a day, in the morning as I 'm getting ready for work, and in the evening before I go to bed. I do about 5 sets of repetitions (10 times). I like to raise my chin toward the ceiling as I'm doing it to reduce my double chin.I place the exerciser between my teeth and blow in and out. It's very similar to blowing a balloon. DON'T put the exerciser in your mouth or you won't be able to suck it out or in! I tried that and it wouldn't work. But I found that it's very easy to use when I place it between my teeth.Results: my mouth has become stronger. I will report back in a few weeks when I see changes in my cheekbones and double chin.June 21: my double chin has pretty much gotten smaller, and my cheeks look more toned… can’t wait to keep doing this and see how my face improves in the future months!July 6: I can see in photos how my cheeks look more defined. I plan to keep doing this twice everyday until the device breaks.

There are no instructions at all
Since there was no instructions, this is made from hard rubber that you would give a dog, not pliable at all. I was using it, then went & brushed my teeth & one of my front teeth that has a crown on it & it fell out. I am not requesting a refund, I most certainly don’t want to waste another minute. Since I have Bell’s palsy. I am trying anything to help my drooling. Just be aware that this is hard r

It works
The media could not be loaded. The reviews that say it doesn’t work are totally wrong. Clearly you can see in the video, it’s possible to use this device. It is clearly working my face muscles. Is my face getting more toned? Only time will tell. Give it a try - it’s not like it is a huge investment.

A little ackward to use if you have a small jaw but it does exercise your facial muscles well.
