Camo trim head deck screws
This price was the best I could find online or even locally. However, the Marksman Pro jig tool was cheaper at Home Depot than on Amazon, so I bought that there, still the screws were cheaper even with shipping. I purchased a few months before I was to start the project, so shipping times were not a big deal to me. I didn't have the problem some people seem to be complaining about with the drivers. Mine were near the top, but shifted over on one of the sides. Each box should come with two, packaged together in a small plastic bag inside the box.My project was replacing the decking on a set of 8 foot long stairs. I bolstered the support joists because the contractor fudged the spacing to over 24" and the old decking was flexing badly when you walked up the steps. Anyways, we chose Azek decking and I wanted a hidden fastening system so as to not mar the tops of the decking. This fit the bill, but be advised that if you start next to the risers, or you are starting the first board next to the house, you will have to face screw the first row, but you can use the jig to hide the second set of screws. The Camo jig has excellent spacing between boards, nice and uniform. The screws go in no problem with only minimum flash on the Azek's. They go in deep enough so that only a small, unobtrusive hole is seen (hence the trim head designation) if anyone even is looking. My only complaint is that when you start the screws with the jig, the torque moves it slightly to the right , so just be ready for it when the screw starts to bite. Minor inconvenience, but nothing that can't be overcome. Glad I found the Camo system, when we redo the whole deck it will be with Azek decking and trim boards and the Camo fastening system.

Good Screw for a Decking Job
Please see my review and pictures of the Camo Tool, CAMO Marksman Pro Hidden Deck Fastening Tool, for further detail.I am a home handyman, not a professional, so my opinions are based on a do-it-yourselfer's point of view.As others have mentioned, the screw manufacturer choose to put the torx bits at the bottom of the screw packaging. Rather than dig through the 1750 screws, I had purchased two extra bits and decided to used those bits rather than dig through. That said, I used one bit for my entire job so, if you don't mind digging to the bottom of the screws, the two provided should be adequate for most decking jobs.(-1/2 Star)The general quality of the screw itself was excellent and I experienced no stripping of the screw head. They bit well into the PVC boards I was using and snugged up to the joists with no play. I purchased some "big box store" color matched screws with name brand coating for face board screwing, and they did not hold up as well as these screws. I had also purchased some stainless steel finishing screws from a local hardware store for the trimwork and these were junk and stripped whenever thy hit real wood (so my approval of these is based on comparison of other screws actually used in the project). In case you can not tell on your screen, these screws are GREEN. The color does not matter since they are countersunk automatically. These screws are designed to eject the material automatically, and they did so reasonably well, but I still found myself using a box knife to trim excess board material from the hole to give it a more finished look. These are designed for use with the Camo Marksman Hidden Deck Fastening tool. I used them exclusively with that tool, so I can not comment on their performance or application stand-alone.In summary, I do recommend this system and it worked well for me. Since I can not give 4.5 stars, I rounded up to 5.

Great decking screw system
I got these when we were redoing our deck as I didn’t want to face nail or screw the boards. We actually bought the kit that has the tool that holds the screw so you can screw into the side of the deck board. Definitely looks a lot better, and seems to keep the deck boards from cupping.

Excellent Look, Easy Install, Very Solid
After having cut my feet on other deck plank fastners when I was a kid, I really liked the idea of a hidden fastening system that allowed for easy removal of individual boards in the future. Other fastening systems I had seen would require you to take up many planks to get to a damaged one, but this method of toeing in screws in a small gap seems to work wonderfully.I bought the cheaper jig b/c I did this work myself. I was able to get down 500 sqft. of 5/4x6 boards in about 30 hours and it looks great. I used treated lumber, so we'll have to see how the boards hold up to shrinking in the next 3-6 months. Some things to note about using this system:* Over-buy for the package's stated coverage amount. I ended up buying enough screws to do 650 sqft just for my 500 sqft deck. There were no fancy patterns to my board layout- just a 1/3 running bond over a 40' length using 12' boards.* You will not be able to toe-in screws for boards running parallel close to a vertical plane (like a house). You may want to adjust your pattern so that it doesn't do this. I ended up just drilling screws straight down from the top of the boards in this instance, and because this was treated lumber, you can hardly even notice the pinholes that are left behind after the wood swells back around the countersunk screws.* With 5/4" boards, you can only let your boards sit 1/2" out past your band joists before screws become visible. It's just the nature of the angle the jig makes. Thicker boards like 2x's will let you lip them out futher.* Don't miss the joists when screwing down your boards. Once the head is countersunk in, the reverse threading at the head end of the screw makes it hard to back out to re-aim. This was a problem for me when having to butt two boards together over one joist. No real complaints here, just somethings to watch for when getting the hang of using this system.I'm very happy with the final look and feel of my deck surface. It's clean, and feels very solid. I reccommend this system to anyone who can budget for the pricepoint.

Ottime per il suo strumento
Applicate con il suo strumento sono ottime, scompaiono nel legno e danno un ottimo risultato.

Such a shame
700 patented screws sold without the two patented drill bits.... I now have to use the 2 old drill bits from the 1750 pack I bought well over 2 years ago that are almost beyond usable. Not happy

Vraiment parfait
