I couldn't be more pleased with the end result and their customer service. I received this molding kit within a couple of days of placing my order. I was a little nervous about making my own mold, but it turned out to be easier than expected. I was a little weary about my order because at the time of my order there was only one review, and it was rather negative. So after shipping back my impressions I sent an email to the company just to check on my status. They were very quick to respond, and said that they had just received my order, but would rush it and send it out that same day. Sure enough, I received it a few days later exactly as promised. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and am even ordering another one for my husband!

I bought this product because of the price. I didn't get what I purchased. I received a kit that looking like it was made in the kitchen with the putty rapped into wax paper and put into little baggies. I tried to make the impression and got an allergic reaction to the putty. I contacted them with no resolve. They sent me a sheet that told me about the putty, but when I contacted the company on the sheet, they never heard of the company and stated their product is not approved to dental uses. At this point I don't know what I put in my mouth or the long term effects of it. I looked up the product and found 9 better business complaints in the last year against them. I sent back the product for a refund and the still have not received anything.I wish I wasn't fooled by the cheap price. Like I said it looks like the kit was made in the kitchen and never received the final product or a refund. I will have to file a claim with Amazon before my time is up. It is NOT A GOOD PRODUCT!!!

I got the custom trays back but never got the gel that was supposed to come with it.Would have liked to have gotten it too.

Trays were satisfactory for the price (nothing like the dentist however) and the service was excellent. The bleaching syringes were way too stong and burned my gums. I had to reorder the 9.5 percent syringes from another company.

I first bought a set of the trays that you put in hot water and mold to your teeth, which was horrible. Don't waste your money on them when this product isn't that much more expensive. I went through the process of creating the clay impressions in a clay-like substance. The trays came back from the lab very quickly. A couple of teeth in the tray don't make it quite too the gum line, but I think that it's my fault as a don't think I made the impression in the mold deep enough.I recommend this company. It's great for the price.

Excellent Product & Service, I initially ordered from this organization as a christmas gift for a family member. I was so pleased with the product and service, I purchased 2 additional for other family members. I work in the dental industry and this is an excellent alternative from getting in the office. at an affordable price. Super easy to make mold and turn key to receive molds back is quite fast.You will not be disappointed!

I've had whitening trays custom-fitted from the dentist before. These are just as good as those were. The company was nice when I had to ask them to send me another small tray (the larger tray was simply too small for my mouth. They sent it promptly and I sent all the trays back in the same package. They were made promptly and sent back to me.

Title says it all- this is professional grade at a fraction of the cost. Ordering, sending in molds, waiting for return is all a little slow but I guess can't be avoided. And it will be a while before true results are in....
