HeinzSalad Cream, 14.9 oz

I'm originally from the UK so this has always been a part of my life. It's actually a shame that it's not something you can easily buy from the store here. It goes amazingly with fish, pork and chicken, and spread on on side of a sandwich instead of mayo. Its also a really nice alternative to Ketchup to dip fries in.You might be hesitant to try it, I know my full-blood American friends were, but seriously - try it.

I grew up with this English version of mayonnaise. Sweeter and more tangy than its American counterpart. Love it!

I purchased this after seeing this on a British tiktok. I had never heard of such a thing and of course I had to try it. It's an interesting condiment - very tangy and I can see how it would be good on a bunch of different applications. As per the tiktok I tried it on French fries which we're good but also confusing. Definitely worth a try if you're in the US and never have heard of it! Not a bad tasting experience, just a new one!

There is nothing to compare with the authentic taste of Heinz salad cream! This company delivers on time, great value, and the product itself absolutely made my summer! It’s good on everything from hard, boiled eggs, salmon, salads, by the time I threw the bottle away, every last drop was consumed. Thank you, this bottle was full of wholesome childhood memories!

If you have had this in Ireland it will be just as remembered. Exactly what I wanted.

Not the Real Heinz Salad from the UK. I grew up with Heinz Salad Cream that my family purchased from England. I have made countless types of salads with Heinz Salad Cream therefore I know the real product. The bottle label says made in the Netherlands which is a country that do not have this cultural type of product therefore that alone indicates this is not the ORIGINAL Heinz product. I made a potato salad using this Heinz that I purchased and it was the worst. The cream is watery, sweet and had the taste of egg. Salad cream does contains egg but you should not taste it. Unfortunately i purchased 4 bottle on August 14, 2014 and used 2.5 bottles. My salad was awful compared to past salads with the real cream. Also it upset my guest stomach. I used 2.5 bottles to 2 pounds of potatoes while with the real Heinz salad cream would use 1.25 bottles. Keep in mind that The real Heinz salad cream is very Thick and tany and requires diluting with carnation milk.If you want to purchase the real Heinz Salad Cream here from Amazon make sure the bottle says made in the UK.This is not Amazon's fault this is just a dishonest seller.i am discarding the remaindering bottles.

Same taste as when I was a kid. Still delicious.

Nicely packaged.. Great to add to sandwiches etc.
