is this the real thing from klair labs?

According to Klaire Labs - FortressWellness is the only licenses reseller of their products on Amazon and the internet.

Why was this not shipped on an ice pack? It states on the label to ship chilled, Its been less effective shipped without it.

it took 7 days to get to me from Amazon (no ice pack). I called Klaire Labs and was told by them that as long as I refrigerate it before opening it, it will be fine.

Does this ship with an ice pack?

I got this in May 2017 -- I wrote the company beforehand to ask if they shipped with an ice pack. Here's their reply: "To my knowledge the probiotic is not shipped with ice packs nor is that an option that is available to you the buyer or me the Amazon Seller because all of the packaging and shipping are done by Amazon. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions." When it arrived in my mailbox (which was hot that day) the 2 bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap with NO ice pack.

High quality

Good product. Does not need to be refrigerated per my doctor. Says very little is lost keeping out of a frig. Like everything else of good quality their a bit expensive but I got a good deal on this one.

Make Sure This Product Arrives Cold

This product is one of quality and can help with digestion; however, it must remain COLD or it looses its efficacy. I would give it 4 stars, but I gave it one star because it arrived WARM, which means it is worthless. I paid around $50 and Amazon wouldn't take a return.

Best Probiotic!!

Best Probiotic I have tried. They are pricey, but worth it. I love that they are so pure, no fillers and no magnesium stearate(I am allergic and it is harder and harder, to find supplements without it!!).Because my gut is a mess I have to take 3 a day rather than the recommended one per day. But it has worked amazingly. Even after a short course of antibiotics, put me back to square one, it wasn't more than a week and I was back to being myself. I do hope to reach a point where I can tapper off to just one a day. In the mean time two thumbs up!!

Ice Pack

The product is always good but ice pack is too small. It seems the ice pack is barely cold. Should be a larger ice pac with the products.
