Knotts Berry Farm Premium Bite Sized Strawberry Shortbread Cookies 20 oz Gift Box

I ordered these for my mama because she liked them so much. I don’t personally like strawberry but these were good. Will definitely be buying more when she wants them.

Excellent product and service

I bought these for my daughters birthday party, I was pissed when I opened them. There was not one cookie that was whole, it was nothing but a broken crumbly mess. Luckily I had bought some of the ikea ones that are similar, I would recommend those, they taste great and display nicely.

The flavor is great but all the snacks were in broken pieces so made a bowl of cereal. Package had 0 bubble wrap to keep contents stable.

Flavor was good. Disappointed that so many of cookies in both bags were broken in very small pieces.

The packaging this item shipped in was a poly bag mailer and the packaging for the product itself is a standard chip board box that you would find with other food products with a silver freshness bag containing the cookies.I received two bags of the cookies inside the box and out of probably 300 or so cookies only about four were intact. I’m not sure if it’s because the product was older and had been shuffled around a lot it was certainly within the freshness states on the packaging or if it’s because it was poorly packaged when it was shipped by not being put in a box.Either way it was really disappointing and I won’t purchase this again because I wasn’t able to use it for the event I needed for as the cookies were broken and smashed. They tasted good and was able to send them to school as A sweet treat for lunches which is the only reason I didn’t return them.

Most of the cookies were broken and crumbled when I opened the package. Had they tasted good, I could have tolerated that — but it’s not a good cookie — period. No good strawberry flavor (which I anticipated), and an overall bland taste. A waste of money.

They taste great but always come crumbled and a bit pricey
