Great item, shipped sucked
Nice jack stand. I bought this same model about a year ago, liked it and wanted another one. I added washers to have on both sides of the bolts, and built on level surface before tightening all bolts. HOWEVER, shipping this time was with USPS, and the whole process sucked. The item arrived and departed several amazon facilities on its way to me, it was a week late, and the box was opened at both ends. All items were there, but since parts of the stand were heavy, there were a lot of scratches on them as they slid out the box. I’m particularly about my stuff and this pissed me off to no end, especially since I have Amazon prime and expected better shipping service. So much for prime, and usps for that matter.

Very nice
Although the boxes came beat to ever loving crud, I'm one of the lucky ones who received all the hardware except one hex screw for the top rubber pad. Instructions are poor but assembly is easy. Lay all the parts out. Assemble the tripod loosely from the top down and tighten from the bottom up. Grease your bearings before placing the top screw jack. That's pretty much it. Great item and really heavy duty.

Missing Everything
Ordered two of the stands, both missing exactly the same parts, which were over half of the stuff. Basically all I received was the tripods legs, the tubes with adjustment holes, and most of the braces. I was missing all the bolts, the turn handles, lead screws, top plates, rubber pads, bearings, the triangular plates that attach the tripod legs, and the hitch pins that go through the adjustment tubes. Completely useless as received, I was hopeful I could at least take two and make one usable one as I needed them for job urgently, but not even that lucky. Going to try it one more time and return these and see if I can get all the parts this time. Otherwise seems like it would be a fairly decent part for the money ....... if you could actually get it in one piece.EDIT: Attempt number 3 and 4 did get better, I did end up with one whole stand, but the fourth stand was missing a leg out of it........EDIT: Attempt #5 was just as bad as the first two, nearly half of the contents were missing, so I just took a leg out of it and sent the rest back so at least Id finally get the two stands I ordered. My advice is if you order and have to send one back don't send it back until you get the replacement because you'll probably have to piece two together to get one. Ridiculous it takes ordering 5 stands to get two whole ones.

Well packaged, assembled well
I ordered two of the Aain E335 stands, and they were delivered in 2 days by UPS. The cardboard boxes were strapped every few inches and then shrink wrapped in a thick plastic. I the first box, the small parts bag had broken open and various nuts and bolts were loose in the carton, but everything was found in good condition. Other than the center tube, everything is individually wrapped in paper or cardboard to prevent scratches. The instructions are easy to follow and they went together well.Tools I used were a 5mm Allen wrench for the (4) top pad screws, a 5/8" wrench for the bolts, and a 17mm socket for the nuts. You will need your own general purpose grease for the threaded rod and bearings.

Help - missing a piece
Hello, the 3 stands we ordered seem great, but one had a slightly open box during shipping and we’re missing this triangle piece in the photo for one of the stands. Could you send us the missing piece? Thanks!

Received wrong hardware
First: this does what it's supposed to do. It works like I imagined it would. It's nothing to write home about but it works. However, putting it together was terrible. Someone here doesn't know how to count because the hardware I received wasn't anywhere close to being correct. I received 18 of the M8x12 bolts and none of the M10x25 so I ended up using some of my own hardware. I made it work but be aware when you're buying this that hardware might be an issue.
