QUALITY HEATER
Good quality well made heater. Good heat source, looks nice, easy to use, remote control comes in very useful. Good value for money. Slim fit, takes up little space. Recommended

Very good heater, heats up fast
Bought this to add to my work from home setup as my room gets quite cold especially during the winter. This heater gets hot very fast and does a very good job at heating my room which is a relatively large rom by London standards anyway. The remote is a much welcomed accessory as it means I dont have to go under my desk to adjust the settings. I am yet to try the timer function but I can see why this would be very useful.When heating up and cooling down it does making clunking sounds but these are as expected for oil filled radiators but is worth a mention.

Great heater.
This heater looks great and performs well. It comes with a remote control so you don't have to get up to make adjustments. The caster wheels do pull out to make it much more stable when used in an open space. Two minor issues for me: 1) The cable is too short. 2) When switched on, it always starts in full power mode and you have to actively turn it down. Would be better if it could remember what setting was last used or even if it just started in low power mode.

Excellent radiator
It just needed to be plugged in on arrival and it was ready to be used. Castors already attached (that was a bonus for me). I love the way the castors can be retracted when the radiator is not in use. Heat output is great. Remote control is very useful. Looks sleek and modern in the black colour. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

Some form of oil leak and crackling
Seemed to be working great and good value for money until we realized it had some form of oil leak and one of the grills appeared to be warping after one or two months?!

Ideal substitute for storage heating. Less cost, more heat and looks good, easy to use and the remote is a great addition.

Neat, effective, easy to use Heater
Following initial faulty delivery, Prime Brands Group were superb in their customer service and sending out new items / collection of the faulty units.The replacement units work perfectly and are supper effective whilst I spend all day working largely in one room meaning I don't need the entire house central heating running.

Good products but poor packaging
The heater arrived in intact box, when opened found the heater had some bending and dented, it is poorly packed with no protection,Other than this it is working fine with fast heating, work with remote control and digital screen, which is a good step ahead of other competitorsJust need to improve more protective packaging
